2.タグのご購入

導入が確定しましたら、こちらのページより導入するパックをご購入ください。取り付けに必要なアプリケーターと現地でのレクチャーが含まれます。ただし、出張宿泊費は含まれませんので、ご購入後別途お見積もりさせていただきます。

3.管理画面の設定

商品のご購入が完了次第、弊社で利用者登録を行い、アカウント情報を含む通知メールをお客様のメールアドレスへお送りします。さらに、タグ設定完了後に、タグをお客様のもとへ郵送いたします。なお、タグはオーストラリアのCerestag社から輸入するため、到着までに約2ヶ月かかる場合がございます。

4.出張レクチャー訪問

商品が届きましたら、訪問する担当と日程を調整し、お伺いいたします。当日は、タグの取り付けや初期登録方法をご案内させていただきます。レクチャーが終わりましたらその後の全登録作業はお客様ご自身でお願いいたします。なお、タグの取り付け方はこちらでもご案内しております。

5.タグの監視

タグの装着が完了したらいよいよ利用のスタートです。管理画面の使い方に関しましては、訪問時にレクチャーいたします。

6.月額費用のお支払い

毎月ごとにアクティブなタグ1つにつき700円をご請求します。お支払いは当サイトに登録済みの決済方法でのお支払いとなります。

FAQ

For the first recommended pack, we will travel to the site to install tags and provide initial setup support.

There will be a travel fee depending on the installation location, so after purchasing the product, we will confirm the installation location and number of animals and provide you with a new estimate.

Since this is a lecture service, we will explain how to install and set up 2 to 3 tags per tag, so please register after that by yourself.

We recommend that all cows be fitted, but it is not necessary to attach them to all cows in order to move in a herd. Please consider depending on your environment.
